The Are Still Missing
(Evolution's Greatest Hoax)
Richard Leakey (son of Louis and Mary) made a similar discovery in 1972, dating the find to about 3 million years. (At 3 million years, it ‘pre-dated’ its ancestors by a million years.) Richard thus admitted:
“It simply fits no previous models of human beginnings... either we toss out this scull or we toss out our theories...”
(Would that all evolutionists were this honest.)
Homo habilis was eventually tagged a female ape.
Unfortunately for many unwary students, textbooks written 30 years later still referred to homo habilis as a missing link. The 1993 Saunders college textbook, ‘Biology,’ for example, stated:
“The first hominid to have enough human features to be placed in the same genus as modern humans is
Homo habilis.”
Another textbook around this period stated:
“This period of speciation also produced Homo habilis, the first member of our genus.”
Such statements are either careless mistakes or deliberate lies. A mistake can be corrected but a lie implies a much deeper problem—dishonesty and deception (and perhaps religious fanaticism). Waiting thirty years for a correction is too long; textbooks are to educate, not indoctrinate.
Piltdown Man was cobbled together from bones buried in a gravel pit by a practical joker. They included a human scull, a jawbone of an orangutan, and some teeth from a chimpanzee. The bones looked ancient because they had been stained. The teeth looked human, too, but only because they had been worked down with a file.
Piltdown Man was one of the missing-links used to ‘prove evolution’ at the Scopes Monkey Trial.
skeleton was found in a suit of chain armor that was not yet fully rusted, indicating that he was only a few thousand years old, not a half-million.
Peking Man initially consisted of a single tooth unearthed in China when project financing was about to run out. The Rockefeller Foundation, hearing about it, offered $80,000 if more evidence could be found. A scull cap soon popped out of the earth, which was later assigned to a monkey.
It’s noteworthy that fused soil was found at the site. Since fused soil requires heat exceeding 1800o [F], it suggests an elaborate furnace operation of some type. Do monkeys and ape-men design, build and operate complex furnaces? Though textbooks do mention ‘traces of primitive campfires,’ the ash pit was twenty feet deep.
Peking Man was nothing but an intelligent, industrious, hard working human being. No missing-link at all.
Ramapithecus was pieced together from the bones and teeth of thirty different animals. More careful examination showed that it was a baboon.
Cro-Magnon & Heidelberg Man
Once hailed as early missing-links between man and beast, Cro-Magnon and Heidelberg are now classed as fully human. Curiously, Cro-Magnon’s brain and frame were much bigger than modern humans, suggesting not evolution, but devolution—the Biblical view.
Cro-Magnon Man kept astronomy records and was an excellent three-dimensional cave artist, with drawings showing females with their hair tied up and wearing dresses.
The Lady from Guadeloupe
This lady was discovered in Caribbean limestone dating 25 million years (22 millions years before man started evolving).
Since limestone is a water-laid sediment, it’s more likely this poor woman died in the Biblical Flood, 45 hundred years ago, and was embedded in the sentiments as the waters retreated.
Nebraska Man was fashioned from a tooth of a pig.
Southwest Colorado Man
Colorado Man was fabricated from a tooth of a horse (New York Times, 29 Dec. 1926, pp. 1–2).
Flipperpithecus was fashioned from the rib of a dolphin.
"God created man in His image; in the image of God He created him.”
- Genesis 1:27
In the early chapters of Genesis lay the foundations of every major doctrine of the New Testament: Creation, sin’s intrusion into the Creation, sin’s Curse, man’s Fall and the promise of a Savior. If the first book of the Bible fails, everything in the New Testament fails with it.
With Genesis as our guide we can understand our place in the world and why our world is the way it is: continual hardship, suffering, evil, and in the end, death. Without this knowledge we grope in darkness for our purpose and destiny, and—most importantly—why we need a Savior.
Genesis thus enables us to counter error and falsehood (inside and outside the church) and to remove the many intellectual and cultural stumbling blocks that are hindering so many potential converts. The Book of Genesis is one of many powerful weapons,
“mighty before God to the casting down of strongholds, demolishing arguments, and every high thing that is exalted against the knowledge of God.”
